Hi, I’m Sonya Warren, a therapist, transformational coach, and the founder of Cosmo Therapy and The Balanced Institute. My passion lies in helping high-achieving, compassionate individuals gain awareness, get clear on their needs, and reset their lives in ways that support lasting mental wellness and alignment.

At Cosmo Therapy, we focus on helping individuals improve their mental health and overall well-being through counseling, coaching, and wellness-based services. Whether you're navigating burnout, emotional overload, or just feel off-track, our work together is about helping you reconnect—with yourself, your values, and your peace.

As your guide, I bring the insight of a trained therapist and the strategy of a coach to help you identify roadblocks, gain clarity, and create a grounded plan for moving forward.

    Therapy is for individuals who is looking for a space to comfortably explore their emotions which has lead to mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, complex trauma and etc.

    Therapeutic Coaching is for individuals whose day to day challenges aren’t significantly impacting your daily functioning but you are seeking support and accountability to maintain your overall well-being. We support individuals who typically focus on others and you have challenges with showing up for yourself. We teach you how to receive support, communicate your needs or set boundaries.

  • Wellness Services

    We provide wellness services for individuals that are seeking to join a community of like-minded individuals to grow and evolve with in creative ways that promote wellness in every area of our lives.
